This class is an invitation to explore the subtle relationship between strength and flexibility, two qualities that, when developed together, allow the body to move with more fluidity, resilience and control.

Inspired by the principles of Hatha Yoga, the practice emphasizes stillness, breath and conscious engagement. We place a strong focus on the spine, hips and core as essential centers of movement. Through a carefully curated sequence of simple and accessible postures, you will progressively build deep stability while expanding your range of motion. The intention is not to go further, but to move with greater precision, creating space, control and continuity within the body.

Each posture is held for approximately five breaths and repeated several times. This rhythm encourages you to slow down, refine your awareness and fully inhabit each position. Over time, you will feel how strength supports flexibility, and how flexibility enhances strength, creating a continuous and intelligent dialogue within the body.

Expect a grounded and mindful practice where precision meets ease, and effort meets release. A space to reconnect, reorganize and cultivate a body that feels both strong and supple.

FAQ

  • Yes. The postures are simple and accessible, with a focus on quality of movement rather than intensity. Each participant can explore the practice at their own pace.

  • Not at all. Flexibility is developed progressively through the practice. Strength and control are equally important and will support your mobility over time.

  • A slow and structured sequence of postures focused on the spine, hips and core. Each position is held for a few breaths and repeated, allowing you to build awareness, stability and range of motion.

  • Improved posture, deeper core engagement, increased mobility and a greater sense of control in your movements. You will leave the session feeling both grounded and more fluid in your body.

  • Wear light, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. The practice is done barefoot or in socks to encourage better connection, stability and control.
